Always Know Which Work Belongs to Which Client
Tag entries to one or more clients. Open a client, see only their stuff. Simple.
When you work with multiple clients, things blur together. Was that note about the homepage for Acme or for Bright? Did you log those hours to the right project?
Client tagging
Every entry in Backlog can be tagged to one or more clients. When you create or edit an entry, you pick from your client list (or create a new client on the fly).
Client profiles filter automatically
Open a client profile and you only see entries tagged to them. Their notes, their tasks, their hours, their payments. It's like each client has their own private workspace, but you're still working in one place.
Multi-client entries
Sometimes work spans clients — a shared meeting, a tool that serves multiple projects. Tag the entry to both clients and it shows up in both profiles. No duplication needed.
From timeline to client and back
The timeline shows everything together. The client page shows one client's world. You can switch between the two views effortlessly, depending on whether you're in "big picture" mode or "client focus" mode.
This is what Backlog does.
