Filter Your Work by What Actually Matters

A long timeline is only useful if you can slice it. "Show me all payments from Acme" or "show me all open tasks" are questions you should be able to answer in one click.

Three filter dimensions

Backlog's timeline lets you filter by:

• Client — pick one from the dropdown
• Type — click a type button (note, todo, agenda, time, income, expense)
• Search — type any keyword

All three work together. "All income entries for Acme containing 'retainer'" — that's a client filter + type filter + search, and it returns results instantly.

Todo substates

The todo filter is special: click it once for undone tasks, again for done tasks, again for all tasks. This lets you quickly review what's pending or audit what's been completed.
