A strong month has a green cell with a big number and a blue cell showing healthy hours. A weak month shows dashes. A dangerous month shows big red with small green.
Per-client too
Every client profile has the same grid, filtered to that client. This lets you see seasonality (does this client go quiet in summer?) and trends (are they paying more or less over time?).
Make decisions with data
When you can see your financial trajectory, you can act: pick up more work before a slow month, cut expenses when income dips, or raise rates when hours are maxed out. The grid makes the invisible visible.
